Resolve F2F mail 2FA

When F2F asks for a one-time email login code, the model's F2F badge turns red with a 🔑 on the Model Management list. Enter the code and the badge goes green — the model is back online. Here's the whole flow.

Step by step

1. Spot the red F2F badge

On Model Management, a model that needs mail 2FA shows a red F2F badge with a key (and a "Mail 2FA required" tooltip on hover). The top banner also flags that a client needs attention.

2. Click the badge to open the code prompt

Click the red F2F 🔑 badge. The Enter mail 2FA code prompt opens for that model.

3. Enter the emailed login code

F2F emails a one-time login code to the model's inbox. Copy it and type it into the field.

4. Submit the code

Click Submit code. You'll see "Code submitted — the bot will use it to finish logging in shortly."

5. Badge turns green — back online

Within seconds the F2F badge turns green and the warning clears — the model is logged in and syncing again.

Entered the wrong code, or it expired? Just click the red badge again and submit a fresh code.
