Connecting your SnapSell account

SnapSell is the payment provider your paid content is sold through. Before anything can be sold, you connect your own SnapSell account to DirtyDialogues once. Your keys are stored encrypted and are never shown again.

This is a one-time setup. After it's done, see Linking your models to SnapSell creators so your models can actually sell.

Before you start

  • A SnapSell account you can log in to.
  • Access to Settings → SnapSell connection in DirtyDialogues.

Step 1 — Copy your webhook URL from DirtyDialogues

  1. In DirtyDialogues, open Settings → SnapSell connection.
  2. Under Webhook URL you'll see https://api.ofmpay.com/webhooks/snapsell.
  3. Click Copy URL.

This is the address SnapSell sends payment notifications to. It's the same for everyone and never changes.

Step 2 — Generate an API key in SnapSell

  1. Log in to SnapSell and open API Access in the left menu.
  2. Click Generate API Key.
  3. In the Webhook URL field, paste the URL you copied in Step 1.
  4. Click Save.

Step 3 — Copy your keys from SnapSell

SnapSell now shows an API Key Created screen with three values:

  • API Key (starts with ssag_live_…)
  • Webhook URL
  • Webhook Signing Secret (starts with whsec_…)

⚠️ Copy these now. SnapSell shows them only once and will not display them again. Use Copy All Details, then keep them somewhere safe until Step 4.

Step 4 — Connect SnapSell in DirtyDialogues

  1. Go back to Settings → SnapSell connection in DirtyDialogues.
  2. Paste your SnapSell API key into the SnapSell API key field.
  3. Paste your Webhook Signing Secret into the Webhook signing secret field.
  4. Click Connect SnapSell.

The signing secret lets DirtyDialogues verify that incoming payment notifications really came from SnapSell.

Confirm it worked

Once connected, the page shows two green badges:

  • SnapSell API key: Stored
  • Webhook signing secret: Stored

The warning "No SnapSell account is connected yet" disappears. Your account is now connected.

Good to know

  • Keys are stored encrypted and are never shown again — that's why the fields look empty after saving.
  • To rotate your credentials later, use Replace API key or Replace signing secret on the same page (generate a fresh key in SnapSell first, then paste it here).
  • Connecting the account is not enough on its own: each model still has to be linked to a SnapSell creator before it can sell. Continue with Linking your models to SnapSell creators.
