Banned Words

Off-platform payments, personal contact info, meet-up requests — some words should never slip through your agency's chats. Banned Words flags them automatically, in every conversation.

Step by step

1. Open Agency → Banned Words

Your guardrail list: words like cashapp, paypal, telegram, my number — anything your agency wants blocked or flagged in chats.

2. Add a word

Type it, hit Add Word — flagged everywhere from that moment.

3. Manage the list

Every word has a state switch to deactivate it temporarily, plus Edit and Delete for permanent changes.

4. Track where words appear

Track By Banned Words shows every place a keyword surfaced — across Sales and Chats, filterable by model, user and date range.

What belongs on the list

The classics: payment handles (cashapp, venmo, paypal), off-platform contact (snapchat, telegram, whatsapp, "my number"), and anything that signals chargebacks ("refund") or in-person contact ("meet up"). The demo list is a solid starting point for any agency.
