Step by step

1. Open Messaging → Customer Lists

2. Auto Lists: set criteria once

Dynamic lists that sync automatically — Big Spenders (everyone above a spend threshold), Lapsed Fans, New Subs. Criteria in, members out, always current.

3. Curated and native lists

List Management holds the lists you build by hand (like VIP Whales or Custom Requests). Below it, Native (OnlyFans) lists sync read-only from the platform itself.

4. View members

See exactly who's on a native list — membership is managed from within each chat.
