Step by step
1. Open Scripts & Templates
From the sidebar, open Messaging → Message Templates.
2. Browse by category
Templates are organized by category — Greetings, PPV Pitches, Re-engagement, Tips & Thanks, Upsell — and every template is tied to a model, so the tone always matches.
3. Add a template
Hit + Add Template, write the line, add the fan's {username}, give it a label like "Morning opener" — done.
4. Use it from any chat
Your whole team can now drop this line into any conversation with one click — straight from the chat's Templates panel.
Every chat shows a color-coded sent-history per fan, so chatters see instantly which templates a fan already got — no repeats, no awkward double pitches. Bulk-import your existing scripts via CSV to get started in minutes.
