One message to every fan, on every platform — without opening a single tab. Here's how you set one up in under a minute.

Step by step
1. Open Mass DM Insights
From the sidebar, open Messaging → Mass DMs. This is your command center: messages sent, sales and conversion — day by day, on the calendar.
2. Create a Smart Mass DM
Click + Smart Mass DM in the top right.
3. Write your message
Keep it personal — this lands in every fan's DMs.
4. Pick who gets it
Fan Types lets you target everyone online — or only your bigger spenders.
5. Choose models and platforms
Select which models the message goes out for, and on which platforms. OnlyFans, Fansly — one send covers them all.
6. Schedule and send
Pick a date and time, or just hit Now — then Submit.
7. Watch it land
Back on the insights page, sends, sales and conversion tick up the moment it goes out.
Use Fan Types and Exclude users via list to segment your sends. A "50% off" blast to fans who just paid full price is how you lose subscribers — exclude your recent buyers list first.
FAQ
What's the difference between Smart and Native? Smart uses DirtyDialogues targeting: fan types, models, platforms and exclude-lists, sent per fan. Native goes through the platform's own mass-message feature — and deleting a Native mass DM also removes it on the platform itself.
Can I attach paid content? Yes — select exactly one model, then use Add content to attach vault content with a price.
