Set up your vault so the AI performs
Your AI chats and sells straight from the vault — but it can only act on what you've put on each piece of content. A vault that's tagged, described and priced gives the AI the right content to send and the right price to sell it at. An untagged vault leaves it flying blind. This is the single highest-leverage setup in the whole product, so it's worth doing once, properly.
What the AI actually reads (per content item)
- Media type (photo / video)
- Album (and sub-album)
- AI-tags — name + category
- AI-description — the free-text "caption" the AI reads
- Price — base / min / max (and whether it's free)
The Displayname (in the organise modal), the video duration, and the consent / model-release record. Effort spent on those won't change what the AI can find or send — put your effort into tags, description and price.
1. Tag every item — run Auto-tag (the single biggest lever)
AI-tags are the #1 way the AI finds content: it matches a fan's interests to your tag names. An item with zero tags is invisible to every targeted search — it only turns up in an unfiltered browse, and even then the AI can't judge whether it fits.
- Fastest way — Auto-tag: the AI reads the image and proposes both tags and a description; you approve them. One pass closes both gaps at once.
- Manual: the "AI tags" button (per item or in bulk) if you want to add or adjust tags yourself.
- Categories you're tagging across: explicitness · body part · style · mood · clothing · action.
- Tags sync across every platform copy of the same file — tag once, it applies everywhere.
2. Let Auto-tag write the AI-description (the real caption)
The AI-description is the free text the AI reads to understand a piece of content and to match free-text searches against it.
- It's written only by Auto-tag (the AI drafts a short description, you approve it). There is no manual caption box for it.
- An empty description = no text match and no feel for the content.
The Displayname in the organise modal never reaches the AI — don't rely on it to tell the AI anything. Only the AI-description (from Auto-tag) does.
3. Set prices — base, and optionally min/max
- base = the AI's price anchor; min/max = the room it has to negotiate and upsell.
- Use "Set price" (per item or bulk) to set base + optional min/max. "Set free" sets base to 0. "Remove pricing" clears it.
- No price row = no anchor — the AI has nothing to sell on.
The AI will never sell a 0-priced item, and free content is capped at 3 per fan. 0 is not "I haven't priced it yet." If you want it sold, give it a real base price.
4. Organise albums (this decides what survives when lots of content matches)
When more items match than the AI will send, album membership + album order decide which ones make the cut. Content in low-priority albums may never reach the fan on a busy match.
- Assign each item to a folder / sub-folder, and order your albums by priority.
- Note: dragging items within a folder only changes the manual picker / UI order — it does not change what the AI selects.
New vault content is added under Upload content.
A few things that behave differently than you'd expect
- Media type (photo/video): the AI sees it and chooses photo vs video itself. It's set automatically on import — nothing to configure here.
- Pin: the AI can see pinned items but doesn't use the pin to filter or order — it's a hint at most.
- Moderation status — the only hard gate: any item marked PENDING or REMOVED (a platform judgment, not a toggle you control) is fully excluded from the AI. If the AI never sends a particular item, check its moderation status first.
- Consent / model-release: a human compliance record in the vault — required, but not one of the fields the AI matches on, so it doesn't change what the AI can send.
PPV scripts & bundles
Scripts are pre-written sales sequences: each step has a price, a pitch, linked vault content, and targeting (fan score, excitement level, pace).
- A script that's empty or inactive, or a step with no content attached, gives the AI no sequence to run. Fill every step with content and activate the script.
The #1 mistake that makes the AI underperform
Not tagging your content — never running Auto-tag. Freshly imported or scraped content arrives with no tags and no description, which makes it invisible to every targeted match; at best it shows up in an unfiltered browse where the AI still can't tell if it fits.
One pass gives it both tags and a description and closes both match-gaps at once — it's the biggest single lever you have.
Runner-up: leaving content with no price row (no anchor, nothing to sell on), and the base-price-0 trap (permanently free, never sold).
Keep the vault working for you
Setting up the vault for the AI pairs with keeping the vault full: the posting add-on auto-posts your vault content to platforms on a schedule, while this page is about making that same vault content sell well in chat.
FAQ
Why does the AI never send a certain item?
Most likely it has no tags — untagged content is invisible to targeted matches. Run Auto-tag. If it is tagged and still never sends, check its moderation status: PENDING or REMOVED items are fully excluded from the AI.
Where do I write the caption the AI uses?
There's no manual caption box — the AI-description is written by Auto-tag (you approve it). The "Displayname" is not the AI's caption and doesn't reach the AI.
I set a price of 0 — why won't the AI sell it?
A base price of 0 means free on purpose. The AI never sells free content (and it's capped at 3 free items per fan). Give it a real base price to make it sellable.
Do I have to tag every platform copy separately?
No — tags sync across every platform duplicate of the same file. Tag once.
Does the order I drag items into matter to the AI?
Only album order (and album membership) affects what the AI picks when lots of content matches. Dragging items within a folder only changes the manual picker.
Does the consent / model-release field change what the AI sends?
No — it's a human compliance record, not an AI matching field. The hard gate that keeps content away from the AI is moderation status.
